To be sure, the business owner must wear many hats in the process of running the business. How do you determine which hat you should be wearing today?
This workshop identifies nine important hats the owner must wear, what is required of the owner when he wears each hat and since only one hat can be worn at a time when is it time to put on a different one.
Beginning with the leader’s hat and proceeding through time management and ending with human resources, this workshop takes note of how to strike a balance and underscores what the owner needs to focus on to maintain and grow a healthy business. Attendees will come away with a guided self-assessment of how they are doing, and resources to increase performance.
