Each year the Women's Initiative hosts a breakfast where a national keynote speaker shares her story of professional achievement. More than 700 women (and men!) attend to be inspired plus network with other professional women.

In 2017 we are pleased to welcome Laura Stack. Laura is an award-winning keynote speaker and bestselling author of seven books. She is a noted expert in employee and team productivity and has 25 years’ experience helping leaders and organizations achieve results. Her presentations are designed to change mindsets and attitudes.
Laura is the President and CEO of The Productivity Pro, Inc., a consulting firm that helps leaders increase performance in high-stress environments. Her latest book is Doing the Right Things Right: How the Effective Executive Spends Time (published by Berrett-Koehler). Laura is a past President of the National Speakers Association and is a member of its prestigious CPAE Speaker Hall of Fame, which has fewer than 175 members worldwide. She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP).
Laura has been featured in the New York Times, USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur, and Forbes magazine.
