In today’s business world and job market, it is critical to engage employees at all levels to meet and exceed business goals. This session will focus on tips on how to manage and navigate through differences (all dimensions of diversity: race, gender, generations, communications style, personalities, leadership style, etc.) in the workplace. Participants will have an opportunity to better understand and discuss the relationship between Culture, Diversity & Inclusion through interactive activities. Tools and tips on how to bridge the gaps across the differences will also be discussed.
