The NKY Chamber Small Business Academy offers essential business knowledge at affordable prices for you and your employees through a partnership with Gateway Community and Technical College's Workforce Solutions. Participants can choose to take sessions individually or all sessions combined to earn a professional certificate. Sessions are taught by college level instructors with class related presentations by area executives and mentors from the NKY business community. Dynamic Presentations - Using the method of Define, Design, and Deliver, learn how to wow your audience with clear and confident presentations.

Constructive Dialogue - Without intentional direction and application of specific dialogue skills, leaders can miss the opportunity to maximize the effectiveness of conversations with employees. Learn how to ask the right questions and use effective strategies for giving and receiving feedback.

Effective Meeting Facilitation - This session will provide participants with tools to make the most effective use of time and team member talent when teams get together for a meeting. Lean the characteristics of highly effective meetings and common mistakes to avoid.
