We are honored to highlight Judy Bushman’s heritage and history as we celebrate Jewish American Heritage Month. Judy began working with AAA in March of this year! She is proud of working through each day knowing she gave her very best! Judy’s grandmother was her "teacher" and inspiration growing up, teaching her about what it means to be a Jewish girl and how important it is to be able to take care of yourself so you can take care of others. Judy’s cultural beliefs, work ethic, and spirituality came from her. The dish she encourages everyone to try is sweet noodle kugel, typically made from eggs, noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, golden raisins, and cinnamon, all in a casserole dish. “Absolutely delicious and tastes even better the next day out of the fridge.” From Judy: “I stand by my truth, confident that I always do my best, regardless of what anyone else might think. I am completely transparent; what you see is what you get.”
