After filing a claim to recover their medical expenses from their injuries in an accident, the insurance company tried to offer our client $7,500. A dump truck was turning left in Toledo when the driver failed to stay within their turn lane, causing our client to smash into them. As a result of the impact, our client sustained multiple fractures and had to undergo numerous surgeries. Their physician indicated that our client's injuries were permanent. When making an injury claim, the defense tried to argue that the real fault of the accident lay with our client, as they should have seen the truck. However, Attorney Lorri Britsch successfully countered their debate by proving the true fault lay with the truck driver, as they had crossed the lines.
