This recent report from CMM echoes what we hear from most of our clients. Of the many interesting tidbits in the report, the most alarming to us was that restrooms and floors STILL present the largest concern for facility/building managers, as they have for a very long time. This tells us something: The approach that companies have been taking to resolve this problem is NOT working. These are two of the most obvious, high-touch-high-traffic cleaning areas in most facilities.
