The Northern Kentucky Chamber is excited to launch the 5th Annual Northern Kentucky Wellness Challenge. The Wellness Challenge is a community-wide initiative that encourages healthy worksites and celebrates progress made by company-based teams from across NKY and Greater Cincinnati. The 6-week Wellness Challenge will run from January 9, 2017 thru February 17, 2017.
This is a fun opportunity for employers to build teamwork within their organizations, and compete for a good cause – healthy lifestyles! The fee for Chamber member company teams to participate is $75 per team. *The registration fee for non-member company teams is $125.
During the 6-week Challenge, team members...
- Track physical activity
- Increase and track consumption of water, fruits & veggies
- Earn points for flu shots, health screenings, being tobacco free, and more

Registered team captains and team members are encouraged to attend the 2017 Wellness Challenge Kick-Off Event Open House on Thursday, January 5th from 3:00-5:30 PM at the Kenton County Public Library. The kick-off is an opportunity for teams to receive Challenge materials, submit team rosters, and learn about healthy options during a fun, expo-style networking event. More details will be shared with each team captain prior to event!
When registering your team, enter only the Team Captain’s name. Full team rosters will be requested separately. The ideal team size is 10-15 team members, but success in the Challenge is based on a team average score, so the decision on team size is up to each company/organization.
