The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce “Ask the Expert” series, sponsored by Republic Bank, returns with a panel of experts discussing topics that focus on the needs of small businesses and the questions those employers might have. This will be a virtual event.

Proactively working to ensure the health of our region in all forms is important to ensuring we grow, attract, and retain talent while improving our economy. Join the NKY Chamber on Thursday, February 10 from 10 to 11 a.m. for “Ask the Experts: Health, Wealth and Wisdom” during which local small business owners will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive insight into ways they can start 2022 on a healthier note physically, financially and/or mentally.

Panelist

Charles Johnson is the owner of D1 Training Northern Kentucky. He was drafted to the play in the NFL by the Green Bay Packers and played for multiple teams, including the Minnesota Vikings. D1 Training’s goal is to impact and transform the community and provide the youth of Northern Kentucky a space to improve athletically, as well as a family.

Sarah Ehrnschwender is Director of Marketing at TiER1 Performance, an employee-owned strategy activation firm that partners with the world’s largest organizations to activate their strategies through people. She has helped expand TiER1’s Start the Conversation program, an initiative to normalize the discussion of mental illness in the workplace; and served on the team that led TiER1 through the B Corporation certification process.

Scott Trent is Agency Manager and Registered Principal at Western & Southern Life and has served families and business owners in the region for more than 20 years in the financial services industry. He specializes in helping local businesses improve attraction and retention efforts through employee financial wellness strategies.
