Maureen Donnellan is Vice President of Pathfinder|MPI Consulting. Maureen has been consultant to executive leadership, senior management and HR teams for small to mid-cap companies in healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, higher education and other industries across the United States for over 20 years. She currently works with client partners to accelerate their business performance by improving their strategies, connecting with and developing their people, and guiding the activation of pragmatic implementation solutions that help her client partners achieve both short and long term goals. Her specialties include strategic planning, leadership team development and alignment, organizational development, change management, employee engagement, performance management, capability development, corporate communications planning, and program activation and project management.

Maureen’s background and experience span a wide range of roles and responsibilities for private, non-profit, and educational organizations. Prior to taking on the role as a management consultant, Maureen achieved a proven track record of success as a senior level manager and leader in private, non-profit and educational sectors. Starting her professional career with Business Information Solutions in Cincinnati, Maureen spent ten years progressing through positions of greater responsibility in Sales, Marketing and Customer Support, ending her tenure there as Vice President of Development. Maureen left BIS to work in the non-profit area for the Diocese of Covington as Director of Development, where she established an eight-year record of success in recruitment, fundraising, community engagement, alumni relations, and diversity and inclusion. Maureen then moved into management consulting as a public relations expert for Strategic Advisors in Northern Kentucky. In 2012 she joined Pathfinder|MPI, and together with President and CEO John Hawkins, has led MPI’s leadership development and employee engagement capability area for the last 4 years.

Maureen is a graduate of East Carolina University where she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Biological Sciences. She is a member of the Association of Manufacturing Excellence, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and has been recognized for her leadership contributions by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, the NAACP, and the Kentucky League for Educational Alternatives. Maureen publishes a regular blog series on LinkedIn on employee engagement and other topics, and is also recognized as an exceptional public speaker, appearing for SHRM, the American Marketing Association, the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, several Chambers of Commerce, the Ohio Society for Association Executives, the Institute for Medical Leadership and others.
