Bring your health insurance card and visit the NKY Chamber on November 1st between 7:30 am and 12:00 pm to get your Influenza & Hepatitis A Vaccinations. No appointment necessary for vaccinations but let us know you may stop by. DON'T FORGET that insurance card.

The bio metric screening is a 10-minute, non-invasive screening that measures your blood pressure, body composition and a finger stick test check for total cholesterol, HDL (the good cholesterol), LDL, (bad cholesterol), triglycerides, and glucose. You’ll immediately review your results with the clinical team at St. Elizabeth and discuss any lifestyle modifications that may help improve your numbers. Biometric Screenings are a great way to monitor your numbers and help encourage you to make healthy lifestyle choices between visits to your primary care physician. We encourage you to share these results with your primary care physician.

For those with Humana coverage, there will be a representative of Humana’s wellness program, Go365. This program offers rewards to those who take an active role in their well-being by participating in routine, preventative health checkups and living an active lifestyle. The representative will help Humana members sign up for Go365. They will address any questions or concerns about Go365 as well as offer suggestions on ways to reach the next level of engagement for better health and more rewards.
