Bios

Judge Executive Gary Moore

Gary W. Moore was first elected Judge/Executive for Boone County, Kentucky in 1998. Moore’s tenure as Judge/Executive parallels a distinguished career in both private business and public service. Judge Moore currently serves as First Vice President of the National Association of Counties (NACo), First Vice President of OKI Regional Board of Governments, and First Vice President of Kentucky Association of Counties (KACo).

Judge Executive Steve Pendery

Steve Pendery is the elected Judge/Executive of Campbell County, Kentucky. He has served in that position for 20 years. Judge Pendery has long been deeply involved in the community. A sampling of boards he currently serves on would include the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments, Dan Beard Council, the Campbell County Extension District, the NKY Chamber of Commerce, meetNKY and the Campbell County Conservancy. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Tri-County Economic Development Authority and works closely with leaders of Kenton and Boone Counties to accomplish regional objectives.

Judge Executive Kris Knochelmann

Kris Knochelmann is currently the Kenton County Judge Executive after previously serving as County Commissioner for District Three. He has been a vocal advocate for government efficiency, cooperation and holding bureaucracy accountable. During his first term as Judge Executive Kris led the effort to reform the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) Board in conjunction with the General Assembly. He is also a leader in the fight against the Heroin Epidemic that plagues our streets and neighborhoods in Northern Kentucky.
