NKY Chamber Government Forum featuring Dennis Keene & Senator Chris McDaniel on August 23 from 11:30am - 1pm at The Newport Aquarium Riverside Room.

Join us for a lunch hour discussion with our special guests Kentucky Department for Local Government Commissioner (and former Campbell County State Representative), Dennis Keene, and State Senate Appropriations and Revenue Chairman and Senate standing State and Local Government committee member, Senator Chris McDaniel.

The conversation will include updates on local projects funded in the 2022 General Assembly, ongoing projects, and opportunities through the Kentucky Department for Local Government stemming from American Rescue Plan (ARP), and Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES) funds including broadband deployment, infrastructure, tourism and more. In addition, this is an opportunity to hear more about the work being done and what is on the horizon that may benefit our region and local business community.
