About Our Speaker

Mike Sipple, Jr. is the Co-Founder and CEO of the Talent Magnet Institute, headquartered in Newport, Kentucky. Mike Jr. served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the NKY Chamber for several years. He is a proud 2015 Leadership Northern Kentucky Graduate and currently serves on the Metropolitan Club Board, African-American Chamber Board, Goering Center Board, and is Co-Chair of the Horizon Funds Community Accelerator. He is this year’s United Way Co-Chair for Northern Kentucky. You may also know him from leading 45-year-old Northern Kentucky business, Centennial Executive Search and Talent Strategy.
