The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the “Where We Stand” 2021 legislative agenda preview on December 8, 2020 from 1:00-2:00 PM. "Where We Stand" will be a virtual event.

The event will open with a performance by the Covington Catholic High School Chamber Choir led by Director, Andrew Miller. After the performance, the NKY Chamber will preview their legislative agenda for the upcoming 2021 Kentucky General Assembly during this event.

We are excited to welcome Republican Majority Caucus Chair Julie Raque Adams to provide perspective from Senate Leadership on what to expect in the upcoming 2021 legislative session. Senator Adam’s discussion will be followed by a panel discussion of three Northern Kentucky Caucus members, including Senator Wil Schroder, Representative Adam Koenig and Representative Rachel Roberts. This panel will be discussing the NKY Chamber’s legislative priorities among other timely topics.

Senator Julie Raque Adams, Majority Caucus Chair - Senator Adams had represented the citizens of Jefferson County in the Senate since 2015 and previously served in the Kentucky House of Representatives and on the Louisville Metro Council. Prior to being elected to serve in Senate Republican Leadership, she was the Chairwoman of the Senate Health and Welfare Committee.

Senator Wil Schroder - Senator Wil Schroder has served the citizens of Campbell, Bracken and Pendleton counties since 2015. He serves as the Chairman of the State and Local Government Committee in the Senate, while also co-chairing the Public Pensions Working Group.

Representative Adam Koenig - Rep. Adam Koenig had represented the citizens of Boone and Kenton Counties since 2007. As Chairman of the Licensing and Occupations Committee in the House he has sponsored a wide variety of beverage alcohol laws to advance the industry and continues to champion the legalization of sports wagering in the Commonwealth.

Representative Rachel Roberts - As the newest member of the NKY Legislative Caucus, Rep. Rachel Roberts brings her experience as a small business owner to the halls of Frankfort. Rep. Roberts represents the citizens of Campbell County and is a resident of Newport. She serves on the Licensing and Occupations Committee, as well as, the Tourism & Outdoor Recreation and Small Business & IT Committee.
