Since 1949, the focus of the Addiction Services Council has been to reduce problems related to alcoholism and other drug addiction through the delivery of treatment and prevention services. The Council has a wide range of programs that serve children, adolescents, families, women, older adults and persons with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders. They are proud to be the Northern Kentucky Helpline at 859-415-9280, answered 24 hours, 7 days a week by a qualified therapist.
