As seen in the 2023 HMDA data, 26% of origination volume was from applicants between the ages of 25-34. This is a 4% YoY increase and an all-time high since 2018 when age data started to be collected as part of the HMDA data set. 🎉It is the final intern highlight of our Chalet Richey May season and last but not least, we introduce Eric Guevara! Eric is currently a senior at MSU Denver majoring in Finance. He moved out to Colorado at the tail end of 2020 from New York, all because he fell in love with the Colorado lifestyle. Unlike back at home where he was riding his bike to get to a friends house, he is now riding for fun and has started to enjoy hiking a lot more and climbed his first 14er about a year ago! The thing he is most excited for in the internship is building relationships with everyone at Richey May. He has never experienced the type of support and help that Richey May provides to their "family".
