Our Mission is to develop and maximize the vocational potential and quality of life of adult persons with disabilities or other barriers to employment through the flexible integration of counseling, life and work skills training, job placement, support services, and employment in a therapeutic or community based remunerative work environment. BAWAC, Inc. is a private, non-profit 501c3 corporation whose policies and goals are determined by a board of directors. An active cross section of the community sits on the board. No applicant for service at BAWAC, Inc. will be denied on the basis of race, ethnic origin, religion, sex, handicap, disabled veteran or veteran of the Vietnam era status.
