The firm of Crawford & Baxter, P.S.C., had its inception, when Attorney Jim Crawford joined the law firm of Berry & Floyd, in 1977 in its Carrollton, Kentucky, office. Attorney Ruth Baxter joined him in the Carrollton Office in 1980. In 1992, Jim Crawford and Ruth Baxter purchased the Carrollton office and have continued operating the law office under the law firm name Crawford & Baxter, P.S.C., since that time.
