Formed 14 years ago, Montrose leaders managed corporate site location projects and community projects valued at over $1.67B in project finance and corporate site location projects on behalf of both private and public sector entities and, in the last two years, have assisted private and public sector clients in Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, and Ohio. Montrose has also developed over forty economic development strategic plans for cities, counties, large private sector companies, and utilities throughout Ohio and Missouri. Montrose, and its sister law firm, Montrose Law, have negotiated entitlements, incentives, and infrastructure finance deals for national industrial, office, and residential developers across the United States, and represents over a dozen clients on lobbying matters before local, state and federal governments.
