Smart owners learn how to look at key metrics on their profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow in order to judge the health and potential of their business. Leave the accounting to your CPA and leave this workshop with the ability to have a strategic conversation with him or her as well as an overview of your industry’s overall performance and how your business measures up.
